Geographic scope: Global, subject to the regional supplements below

1. Introduction and Acceptance

This Privacy Policy describes how Yangjiang Zhaohuan Trading Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal data when you download, install, register for, or otherwise use EbonHub on Android through Google Play. The app is a social communication service for adults: you create an account, browse profiles, exchange instant messages, and participate in live text or video conversations. Optional in-app purchases may unlock digital goods or features through Google Play Billing.

Use of the app requires acceptance of our in-app Privacy Notice and User Terms. By continuing past onboarding, you acknowledge this Policy and the processing practices described herein. If you disagree, do not install or use the app.

The DPO handles inquiries relating to the processing of personal data and applicable privacy rights, including requests from individuals in jurisdictions that recognize dedicated data-protection contact roles.

3. Eligibility — Adults Only (18+)

EbonHub is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

At first use, you must confirm that you meet the age requirement through an in-app age declaration during onboarding. We do not operate a continuous age-gate, age-verification service, or ongoing technical age checks beyond that single confirmation. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will take steps to restrict or terminate the account and delete associated data where feasible.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided information should contact hassanhicaallenb@gmail.com.

4. Categories of Personal Data We Process

EbonHub does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. For a complete description of how we disclose data to service providers and partners, see Section 8.
